All fans of take-out Chinese food dumplings need to put down the phone, resist ordering take out and just make these instead. They are SO good! Not only are these dumplings tastier than any Chinese take-out you could get but you can completely control what goes in them! No mystery fillings here! A few simple chopped up ingredients, a few minutes in your Instant Pot® and your meal is ready!

Hi Terry- 1 “each” egg just means one egg. “Each” is a culinary term which just means one thing or item so, in this case, it just means use one egg! Hope this helps 🙂

Hi Kim- Great question! No need to cook the chicken or egg before hand. They will both cook inside the dumpling in the Instant Pot®. So the small diced chicken and egg are both raw when you are making the filling mix. Hope this helps!

No, the instant pot steaks the meat and veggies while it’s cooking. This amount in each dumpling is only about a spoon full so it fully cooks in the steam.

why isn’t there a print button without downloading yet another program? I don’t want all the pictures, just ingredients and instructions.
